Ian McAuley, CPD fellow and lecturer in Public Sector Finance at the University of Canberra will present his paper The case for a single health insurer' at the upcoming 7th Annual Health Insurance Summit in Sydney on July 28th and 29th, 2008.

Ian's paper explores the intrinsic limitations of Australia's current private health insurance system and explains how a single national health insurer can overcome these limitations.
