Bio

Ellen Koshland is the Founder and President of Education Foundation, Australia, which is the only independent not-for-profit organisation that in Australia that strengthens public education by investing private monies (philanthropic and corporate) in primary and secondary schools. Since 1989 the foundation has raised $10 million to make a difference to the learning of students, particularly those who are disadvantaged or at risk of dropping out of school. The Foundation is now operating on a national scale in all states of Australia.
