Marko Beljac Is currently undertaking a PhD at Monash University. His main interests are in the interface between science and global security including the philosophical implications of this interface. He blogs here. He recently wrote a report on the limitations of safeguards on nuclear materials and the export of uranium to China in conjunction with the Medical Association for the Prevention of War and the Australian Conservation Foundation.
