Gabriel Kolko has written eight highly-acclaimed books on US foreign policy and innumerable articles. His 'The Age of War: The United States confronts the World' has just been released (Lynne Rienner Publishers). He taught American foreign policy for 30 years and earned his PhD from Harvard.
