Bio

Richard Woolcott is a former Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and former Australian Ambassador to Indonesia, the Philippines and the United Nations. He is the Author of The Hot Seat: Reflections on Diplomacy from Stalin’s Death to the Bali Bombings, published in 2003 by Harper Collins.
