Work/life Balance
Both parties demonstrate no understanding of the subject.
It is lost in an overwhelming focus on workforce participation which itself is in contention with the very idea of balance.
W.P.must recognise the following legitimate occupation
a) Paid Work
b) Education
c) Caring ( Young, old, infirm, disabled)
d) Volunteering
e) The Balance. "idle" or available for productive activity.
Workchoices (+ ) only affect paid work.
